This 1967 Corvette Convertible is one we have owned before. In fact we sold this car several years ago after we did an extensive restoration on it. The car was originally sold new in Ohio, but spent much of its life in Thayer Missouri since the early 70s. This Corvette was one that had never been apart nor messed with. The body was original as well as the drivetrain including the numbers matching engine, transmission and rear end. We did do a nice restoration on the car having the engine rebuilt, rear end rebuilt, transmission as well as complete restoration on the rear trailing arms. All bushings were replaced at that time and new side mount exhaust system was added to the car. The engine had the correct heads, exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, original carburetor, alternator, about the only replacement parts were the radiator, water pump and expansion tank for the radiator. All new ignition shielding, rechromed bumpers, new windshield, all stainless trim polished, grill refinished, etc. The frame was excellent with no rust of even surface pitting! The body was sent to Jason Brewer (Owner Of Redline Finishes) and repainted in base coat clear coat paint. The color is 1967 Rally Red. The doors were removed and the door jambs were finished out nicely. Probably somewhat over restored in certain areas such as the jambs. The body had all of the original bonding strips and to the best of our knowledge had no damage. We do have several photos of the restoration that all go with the sale of this Corvette. The doors open and close as good as any I have seen. We did replace the emblems, restored the gas door lid, new rear deck lid springs, new tail lights, restored license plate light, headlight motors go up and down with ease, rebuilt the windshield wiper motor, just about everything was done to this Corvette except for much of the original interior. This has one of the nicest original interiors as the dash pads are original and near perfect. No repairs have been done to either of them. The door panels and seats are also original, showing some wear, but not enough to need replacing at that time. We did replace the entire carpeting but still left the original jack board labels intact behind the seats. It does still have the original jack and lug wrench with the car. The instruments all work and were left alone except for the clock which was rebuilt and the radio which was recently rebuilt and works fine. The center console and glovebox door are also in very good original condition. All lights work, emergency brake light still works, odometer and trip odometer still operate and the car does not overheat at all. It can sit in traffic and never gets hot. This was one of the best driving 67s we have ever had as the car was never abused. Transmission shifts smoothly, and the car has plenty of pep with the 327 ci 300 hp engine. Rear end gear ratio was 3.36 so it does have nice cruising highway gears.
We just recently was able to acquire this 67 back. The car has only been driven approx. 2,000 miles since restoration. The car still looked fresh, but had a few things that needed to be corrected that we did. These things are as follows, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel pump, retuned engine, new fuel tank and sending unit, new rear deck lid springs, rebuilt original am/fm radio, complete stainless steel sleeved rebuild on the brake calipers, all fluids changed including oil and filter, rear end grease, anti-freeze coolant and the brake fluids. Everything is working on the car and I would not be afraid to drive this one to any shows or events. The car is show quality and does ride on a new set of reproduction aluminum bolt-on wheels with redline radial tires. There are 5 of them including a matching spare tire and wheel. Also included is the original date code Rally wheels with trim rings and center caps. There is also a set of 4 bias ply tires included. The removable hardtop is vinyl covered and is very presentable with the car, but was not restored at the time the car was. The convertible softop is black vinyl and also was not replaced when the car was restored, however we did purchase a brand new Al Knock black canvas top that is still in the box and goes with the sale of the vehicle. Photos show the box and its contents. Overall a well presented nice original 1967 Corvette that is priced where you could not buy a project one and restore it for what we are asking for this one. These cars are getting more and more scarce and good solid original ones with their original engine and drivetrain still intact like this one.

We have owned this Corvette before, so we do know alot about it and its history.
The previous owner had the car for sometime and was ready to let someone else enjoy it as much as he had. The car has been in the Springfield Missouri area the last 20 years. First time offered since then.

VIN # 194677S110552
This was the 10,552nd Corvette built in 1967.
A total of 22,940 Corvettes were built in 1967 of which 14,436 were convertibles.
This Corvette was built on Friday February 10th, 1967.
We have about every number on this Corvette broken down to engine, transmission, rear end, etc and a detailed list can be available upon request.

This was the last of the 1963-1967 “mid years” as they call them. 967’s exterior removed some of the trim including hood script emblems and fender flags to give it a cleaner look. Functional side fender louvers were a new style with five slots. The back-up lamp was moved from the inner tailights to right above the license plate light.
Seats were a new design, and the parking brake handle was relocated from under the instrument panel to between the seats, A Corvette first. Inner door panels were similar to previous, but the lock buttons were located further forward and an attaching screw was added to the rear. Rally wheels were first introduced and were a no-cost option.
The passenger hand hold above the glovebox was eliminated in 1967. The standard radio antenna for 1967 models had a fixed 31” mast, although adjustable antennas were available as dealer-installed options.
A blue “GM Mark Of Excellence” label was attached to the back of each 1967 door above the latch, a result of GM quality awareness program.
